King of Kings

Do you have a dream? Not a pizza dream. David had a dream to build the temple of God. 1Chr 22:5 Build a house of great magnificence. God wants me to see what He sees. The church is the house. God knows where you are at. You’ve had problems in your past? Get over it. Going thru hell? Go through. Persevere. What controls my life? What obstacles?

1John 4:4 Greater is He who is in me… 2Cor 3:3 Living epistle. On display. 1Cor 9:24-27 Mat 5:14 City set on a hill cannot be hidden. Psalm 40:1-3 Set my feet upon a rock. Out of the miry clay. Dominion. Romans 8:37 Spirit of conquest. Not enough to talk about it: its time to live like we believe it. Victor not victim. Paul & Amy. 2Cor 10:4-5 Don’t entertain imaginations. Shut the devil up. Gen 1:26-28 God’s image w dominion. Walk w authority. Stop listening to thoughts of defeat.

The world will ask, “Why is your life victorious?” Stand in God’s power. New creation. Right now. Royalty. Speak like it. Think like it. 2Cor 5:17 New creation. Not tomorrow, right now. Right to authority and dominion. Rom 5:17 reign as kings in life. 2Cor 5:21 Righteous in Christ. Not righteous because of my many good works, righteous because of one work: Jesus on the cross. No shame, inferiority, or guilt. Jesus the King of kings. Rev. 5:10 Made us kings and priests so we will reign on the earth.

Something missing: Phil 3:13-14 See the goal. See God calling you to the goal. Miniature golf: see the hole. 1 Sam 17 David and Goliath. Something intimidating you? What voice are you listening to? Romans 12:2 Not conformed to this world. Take responsibility.

Daniel 11:32 Know God, do exploits. Stop living in the past. Abusive parents? No parents? In the past. Back to Phil 3:13-14 stop living in your past. John 18:37 Pontius Pilate: Are you a king? Jesus would not be intimidated by the pressure of the culture. The world is asking you the same question. How will you answer? Not in here. Out there is where it counts.

John 18:37 Jesus came into the world to bear witness to the truth. In the world but not of the world. This is what gives meaning to life. “He who dies with the most toys wins.” No! God wants to do something with your life. God’s call. When I recognize the call, I have the strength to turn from the bondage that tries to pull me back into the past.

My best is yet to come.
